  • You will permanently lose access to all purchased videos
  • No refunds will be provided for any purchases
  • All your uploaded photos and generated content will be deleted
  • Your account access will be permanently disabled

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your PhotoDeo account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Support

Send an email to our support team with your account deletion request:

Please use the email address associated with your PhotoDeo account when contacting us.

Step 2: Include Required Information

In your email, please include the following information to help us process your request quickly:

  • Your full name as registered on the account
  • The email address associated with your PhotoDeo account
  • Confirmation that you understand this action is permanent
  • Confirmation that you understand no refunds will be provided

Step 3: Verification Process

For security purposes, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the deletion request. This may include:

  • Confirming account details
  • Answering security questions
  • Providing additional verification if requested

Step 4: Processing Time

Once we receive and verify your request:

  • Your account will be deactivated within 7-10 business days
  • Most content is deleted immediately upon account deactivation
  • Some data may be retained for legal, technical, or business purposes (see retention policy below)
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete

What Gets Deleted Immediately

When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed from your account immediately:

  • Account Access: Login credentials and account access will be permanently disabled
  • Profile Information: Username, email, profile details, and account settings
  • Uploaded Content: All photos and images you've uploaded to our service
  • Generated Videos: All animated videos created from your photos
  • Account Preferences: Your settings, preferences, and customizations

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained for legal, technical, or business purposes as outlined in our Terms of Service:

  • Purchased Videos: Removed from your account immediately but retained in our systems for 90 days for technical and legal purposes (payment disputes, technical error recovery) before permanent deletion
  • Transaction Records: Purchase history and payment records are retained for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes (typically 7+ years as required by law)
  • Usage Data: Activity logs may be anonymized and retained for service improvement and analytics purposes
  • Support Communications: Support tickets and correspondence may be retained for legal protection and quality assurance purposes

Before requesting account deletion, consider the following alternatives:

  • Download Your Content: Save any videos you want to keep to your device
  • Account Deactivation: Contact us about temporarily deactivating your account instead
  • Privacy Settings: Review and adjust your privacy settings if privacy is your concern
  • Support Help: Contact our support team if you're experiencing issues that might be resolved

Data Retention Policy

Our data retention practices are designed to balance user privacy with legal and business requirements:
